"Blue ice" was falling on Lake, Cook and DuPage counties in the suburbs of Chicago during early 1993. The blue-green substance was analyzed, and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency concluded that the gunk was not, as often expected, human waste dumped from aircraft. The main suspects this go- round: geese.
Whose droppings certainly dropped a ways.
